Company

The Company Tab provides managing companies and their associated actions.

Add Company#

the user can add a new company by clicking the + Add button, which opens a drawer form for creating a new company.
User can create up to three companies on the developer platform. Making a total of three.
Users can select one or more rows in the company list. Upon selection, relevant actions (Add, Delete, Connect, Disconnect, Master Loging, Connection History, Apps) become available.

Company Connect and Disconnect#

Connect/Disconnect Company:
The interface allows users to change the company status of selected company.
Connect: disconnect company can be activated to become Connect.
Disconnect: Connect company can be disconnect, moving them to an Disconnect state.
Confirmation Dialogs:
Before performing an Connect or Disconnect, a confirmation dialog will appear to prevent accidental changes.

Company Connection History#

The Connection History interface is designed to provide users with an organized log of recent connection events. If user can see the connection status history of company by clicking Connection History button.
The table that displays three key columns, Connection Change Status, Reason for Connection Change, and Date. Each row corresponds to an event in the system's connection timeline.
The status green checkmarks for successful reconnections and red crosses for disconnections.
At the bottom of the page, the interface displays the total number of records, the number of fetched records, and the last sync time. This provides additional transparency to the user regarding data freshness and the comprehensiveness of the logs.

Master Loging#

Master login allows authorized administrators to directly access a user's account without needing the user's password. This feature is particularly useful when a user forgets their password or encounters login issues. With master login, the admin can log in on behalf of the user to help resolve account-related problems, update settings, or check the user's activities, ensuring smooth operations without needing to reset passwords or disrupt the user's workflow. This provides a convenient way to maintain user access while preserving security controls.

Apps#

The Apps tab is a dual-list transfer component designed to manage the assignment of apps to a company. They provides two lists, Available and Assigned apps. The Available list displays all apps that are not currently assigned to the company, while the Assigned list shows apps that are already associated with the company. Users can move apps between the lists, allowing for easy assignment or removal of apps from the company’s profile.
Once changes are made, the user can either cancel the operation or submit the updates by clicking the Submit button. This is for efficient app management and the process of updating company app.
