Installation Guide#
This section will guide you through the steps to set up your device with our platform. Follow these steps carefully to ensure a successful installation.Before installation, you need to create a Company so that the devices you add here will be bound to that company.
Step 1: Select the Relevant Company#
Action: From the dropdown menu, select the company you are setting up the device for.
Note: Ensure you select the correct company to avoid any configuration issues.
Step 2: Select the Application#
Action: Choose the application that the devices are using from the list.
Note: Only the apps assigned to the selected company will appear in this list. If your app does not appear, please verify that it has been assigned to the company.
Step 3: Fill Out the Device Details#
Action: Enter the details for each device you are adding under the selected Company.
Note: Multiple devices can be added under a single company. Provide accurate details to ensure proper setup.
Step 4: Fill Out the Sensor and SIM Details#
Action: Enter the sensor and SIM details for each device.
Note: Multiple sensors and SIMs can be added under a single device. Ensure all information is accurate and complete.
