Event Logging API

In the Atlato Store, the Event Log page, located at the bottom of the Settings page, provides a detailed history of actions within your application. This feature is essential for tracking and auditing user activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
How to Utilize the Event Log
To effectively use the Event Log, you must integrate the Audit API within your application. The Audit API enables you to log specific actions, capturing crucial details such as date, time, and the nature of the activity.
Example
Logging User Actions
For instance, when a user logs into their account, you can record this action in the Event Log by making a call to the Audit API. This entry will include the date and time of the login, allowing you to maintain a comprehensive history of user activities within the Atlato Store.
This process ensures that all significant actions are documented, providing a reliable reference for any future reviews or audits.
In the Atlato Store's Event Log, each action recorded is displayed with the following key details:
Date: The specific date on which the activity was executed.
Time: The exact time the activity took place.
User: The name of the individual who performed the activity.
Team: The team to which the individual belongs.
Activity: A description of the action that was performed.
These columns provide a comprehensive view of user activities, making it easier to monitor and review the history of actions within your application.
